Allison joined our team in 2019. Her favorite thing about being a designer is knowing that her work has a positive influence on those who interact with it. Every day she makes thoughtful, client-focused design choices that transform bare spaces into welcoming healthcare environments where people can heal. Although the occupants of these spaces may not think about it the choices in color, material, lighting, artwork all work together to supporting a person’s well-being.

Allison is also a bit of an adrenaline junkie! Some of her favorite memories include paragliding in the Swiss Alps, kayaking with whales, and skydiving.
