  • Description: UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital and MOB feature a Birth Center, orthopedic surgery, and new cancer center. The state‐of‐the‐art facility bustles with activity and excitement, and the concept of a resort ski lodge informed the interiors of the hospital. A split‐level entrance to a light‐filled atrium aligns with the site’s natural topography, and mountain views can be seen throughout the facility.
  • The UCHealth branding colors were warmed up to create a welcoming, community environment. Textural stone and wood accented with colorful glass are the base upon which each floor scheme develops, to aid with wayfinding. Furniture upholsteries and art compliment the accent paints. Many art works were sourced from local Colorado artists in the Denver area, furthering the sense of community.
